Start your pull-up training
The top rung serves as a large, sturdy pull-up bar. With a distance of over 40cm from the wall and a length of 100cm, you have space for many exercises:
Possible exercises on the bar:
- Pull-ups (narrow, normal and wide, if necessary simplified with a band )
- Bodyweight exercises with gymnastics rings / TRX / sling trainer
- Unhook (Strengthen your back)
- Abdominal and butt exercises with the gymnastics rings and foot straps

Barbell rack for bench press
The dip bars are rotated 180° to create a barbell rack. Together with the included training bench, you can perform many exercises:
- Safe bench press (straight and diagonal at different angles)
- Dumbbell training: rowing, (reverse) flys, etc.
- Jumps, dips, push-ups (feet on bench)
- Sit-Ups & Crunches (at an angle on the wall bars)
Tip: Since the barbell is gripped further out, you can simply position the dip bars closer.
Note: The barbell with weights is not included.

Simple structure & requirements
Das Bundle wird als Bausatz in mehreren Paketen mit DHL klimaneutral bis zu deiner Haustür geliefert. Aufbau und Montage an der Wand dauern ca. 2-3 Stunden.
Zur Anbringung benötigst du: Eine Bohrmaschine mit 10mm Bohrer und einen 13mm Maulschlüssel.
Die Montage erfordert eine stabile Wand (z.B. Beton, Ziegelsteine, Holz). Für Klimmzüge empfehlen wir einen Abstand zur Decke von mindestens 25cm, im Idealfall 30cm. Schreibe uns gerne, falls dein Raum niedriger ist - wir kürzen diese dann für dich.
Die Classic Sprossenwand ist kompatibel mit allen Fuß/- Sockelleisten, die maximal 3,5cm tief sind.
