The top protruding rung serves as a large, stable pull-up bar with many grip options. With a distance of over 50cm from the wall, you have plenty of space for hanging and pulling exercises.
The gymnastics rings are easily adjustable in height (see photo) and enable a wide variety of pulling and pushing exercises.
Resilient and durable
The wall bars are designed according to the European standard for gymnastics equipment (EN 913) and are approved for a body weight of 120 kg. All connections are made of metal and are designed to last a long time.

The wall bars are made exclusively from sustainably certified wood and are handcrafted to the best quality by small family businesses in Germany.
The surface of the rungs is oiled and is therefore water and dirt repellent. The entire wall bars are free of harmful substances (according to the strict guidelines for children's toys) and also support a positive indoor climate.
Structure & requirements
The home gym bundle (wall bars, dip bars, gymnastic rings) is delivered as a kit in two packages with DHL climate-neutral to your front door delivered free of charge. Assembly and mounting on the wall takes approx. 2-3 hours.
All necessary screws and dowels are included. To attach it you will need: A drill with a 10mm drill bit and a 13mm open-end wrench.
Installation requires a stable wall (e.g. concrete, bricks, wood). We recommend approx. 25cm headroom above the top rung. For lower rooms (<255cm), we will be happy to make a reduction free of charge.
