The freely hanging, stable pull-up bar can be used multifunctionally for many exercises. Ideal for calisthenics, freeletics, bodyweight fitness and bouldering/climbers.
Children also have great fun with the pull-up bar and use it as a trapeze, swing and for hanging. Perfect for the whole family.

Fastening
The pole can be mounted at home using a wall or ceiling mount (not included). You can thread the cord through there or clip it in with a carabiner. Alternatively, the bar can also be used in the park for your outdoor training. To do this, hang the cord provided over a branch or something similar.
Please note that the rod is not suitable for permanent outdoor use.
We recommend using the bowline knot for fastening, as this can be easily removed later.
Non-slip wood for best grip
The handle is very easy to grip and pleasant to touch. It was turned from selected beech wood, sanded and also lightly steamed (an elaborate refinement of the wood). This guarantees that your hands won't slip.
