The push-up handles from EDELKRAFT are perfect if you want to train your arm, shoulder and chest muscles with push-ups, handstands or the L-sit. The handles are made of solid wood (beech/walnut); Thanks to the rubber feet (see photos), they stand firmly and stable on any floor, even under the greatest load.

We have combined different woods to combine the best properties for the EDELKRAFT push-up handles: They are lighter than comparable products, yet still compact and mobile with maximum stability. Together the two handles can hold up to 400kg.

Effective and healthy training

The natural hand position relieves your joints and at the same time enables clean execution of movements with maximum effectiveness. Thanks to the elevation (10cm height) you can do your push-ups even deeper and provide an additional training effect.

The wood of the push-up bars comes from sustainably certified forestry. The wood is processed by small family businesses in Central Germany. The entire production is “Made in Germany”.
