Just trigger yourself

Thanks to the integrated super magnet, you can easily massage yourself while standing. When used on the floor, the natural rubber base ensures that the head cannot slip. The ergonomic shape simulates a narrow/wide thumb as in the treatment in your physiotherapy practice.

Trigger yourself - the easiest way is on a metal surface (e.g. refrigerator).

Which size is correct?

The narrow head creates noticeably higher pressure and allows for a more intense acupressure stimulus. If you want to trigger small areas, are an athlete or are generally less sensitive to pain, then we recommend the 2cm version. Otherwise, please use the larger 3cm version.

The wood comes from sustainable forestry and is refined by hand with a natural oil.
