Resistance bands are a very helpful training support for many exercises using your own body weight. Movements that seem difficult or even unattainable are suddenly possible and motivate you to continue pursuing your goals.

Use as a pull-up aid
It's very easy to use: you fix the band and put pressure on it with your foot or knee while moving. You will immediately notice that you are “lighter” thanks to the resistance band and that the exercises are easier for you.
Which band is right for me?
In most cases, the purple band is right for you. If you are rather heavy (>90kg) or can only do one or two pull-ups, then you need the strong (green) version. The number of kilograms given (see above) represents the approximate relief provided by the rubber band.
Use for abdominal trainers
The light red band is suitable for making it easier to move back and forth with the bike. It is placed behind one foot during the exercise and helps you move forward and especially back more easily. (see image)
